The Community Council of Agia Marinouda, within the efforts to improve the quality of life of the habitants and the development of the community, has executed some infrastructure works.

The most important works, which have been done, are the following:

1.	Replacement of the old water distribution and supply system, which will satisfy the modern requirements
2.	Construction of a new water tank, in a higher place, so that it can cover the needs of the entire community.
3.	Construction of new buildings, including offices for the needs of the Community Council, auditorium and a big hall with coffee shop and tavern. The building is situated in the yard of the church.
4.	Asphalt course of all the roads within the village.
5.	Expansion of residential areas.

The Community Council continues the efforts to make the community a modern and pleasant place, and for this reason, it has already programmed the following projects:

1.	Formation of the plaza where the community buildings are placed, and formation of the church’s yard.
2.	Renovation of the old traditional taps, which are situated in the center of the village and slabbing of the plaza.
3.	Construction of pavements within the village. The backing walls will be covered with stones.
4	Construction of a bridge on the river Kotsiatis, situated in the area “Pianias,” where there are many new buildings and even more are planned to be constructed.
